GREAT FIND!!! Basically, a study was done in the LA area on vegan restaurants and the ingredients in the food items. I was shocked to find that many of these restaurants….tested high for egg and casein (milk). The author says it all – and i was impressed at what a fabulously detailed study this was. This is a great read.
This is pretty disturbing considering the fact that most vegan people try to trust vegan restaurants. Also, its irresponsible and not socially ethical. All in all…just goes to show…you can’t trust a thing you eat anymore. How are we, as educated consumers, supposed to make educated decisions based on the information we are provided with, when we can’t even trust the information itself?
